Sunil is Executive Chairman of Modenik Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd., a post-merger entity of Dixcy Textiles Pvt. Ltd. & Gokaldas Intimatewear Pvt. Ltd., A corporate connoisseur, Sunil has over three decades of multi-category experience in the FMCG industry in Indian and Asian markets. With expertise in Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and General Management across an international market portfolio, Sunil started his career with Wipro Consumer and has held leadership roles in blue-chip multinationals, including Diageo, and Colgate Palmolive, Mondelez (erstwhile Cadbury), Kellogg and Fonterra.

A Commerce graduate from Delhi University with a master's in Management Studies from Mumbai University, Sunil is also a certified Executive Coach. Sunil is an External Advisor with Bain Consulting and also serves as an Advisor to the New Zealand Trade & Enterprise (NZTE) BeachHeads Network. He also has been on the Board of Indian CEO Forum in Sri Lanka, a member of the Board of Governors of AMCHAM (American Chambers) Malaysia, and was the Chairman of the AMCHAM FMCG Committee Malaysia for 4 years.

Shweta is Managing Partner and India Head for Advent International. She has over 21 years of experience in Private Equity. She joined Advent in 2009. Prior to that, she worked for almost a decade at ICICI Venture. Shweta has experience in sourcing and negotiating transactions, and advising on the management and successful exiting of investments through both sale to strategic buyers and listing of companies. She has experience of working across a wide range of sectors including consumer, healthcare, FIG and IT/BPO. Before joining ICICI Venture, she was working for a year at Ernst & Young in their corporate finance division.

Shweta has worked on a number of investments at Advent including Encora, Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited, Quest Technologies, ASK Investment Managers Pvt. Ltd., Manjushree Packaging, Aditya Birla Capital Limited, Bharat Serums and Vaccines amongst others. Investments in ICICIVenture included companies like ACE Refractories, Tata Infomedia and VA Tech Wabag.

Girish is an Operating Partner with Advent International and is on Advent’s Advisory Board while serving on the boards of two Advent-invested companies. He is an Independent Director on the boards of CRISIL Ltd. (a subsidiary of S&P Global) and Axis Bank. Girish is also a Partner at Exfinity Venture Partners, a venture fund that invests in tech start-ups.

Girish served as the Co-CEO of Wipro's IT Business from 2008-2011 and was a member of the Board of Directors of Wipro Ltd. He led Wipro's $5.8 Billion IT business that had over 100,000 employees, spread over 54 countries. He was the Managing Director for Bloom Energy International, a Silicon Valley-based alternative energy company. Girish is a Commerce graduate and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India.

Sahil is Managing Director at Advent International and has led investment efforts in the retail, consumer, technology, and technology-enabled sectors. Sahil spent three years with Bear Stearns, NY as an analyst in its Investment Banking Division and worked with JLL Partners before joining Advent in 2009.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, and an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. With extensive finance experience, Sahil has worked on Advent's investments in ASK Investment Managers Private Limited, CAMS, Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited, DFM Food, Eureka Forbes, NielsenIQ, QuEST Global, and Modenik Lifestyle Pvt Ltd.

Shantanu is currently the Managing Director of Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Ltd. He joined Crompton Greaves in July 2015 and brings a rich experience in managing consumer businesses across markets, product categories, functions, geographies, and cultures.

Before Crompton, Shantanu served as the MD & CEO of Procter & Gamble India and was responsible for making the revenue grow 15-fold in 13 years, making P&G one of the fastest growing consumer companies in India. Shantanu has a B. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (Batch of 1981) and a Masters in Business Administration from IIM Calcutta (Batch of 1983).

Venu Nair, the former MD and CEO of Shoppers Stop, is an accomplished International Retail Leader with vast experience in the Retail & Apparel Industry across South Asia & Europe. Joining Shoppers Stop in late 2020, Venu spearheaded a transformative journey, propelling the company to its record-breaking sales and profits. During his tenure, the market capitalization witnessed an exceptional 5X increase in less than three years.

Before Shoppers Stop, Venu served as the CEO (Westside) at Trent Limited, overseeing nationwide growth for over three years. In the initial part of his tenure at Trent, he was also responsible for Landmark, and the projects of Zudio, playing a key role in the brands’ growth and success. As the Managing Director at Marks & Spencer Reliance Pvt. Ltd. from 2012 to 2017, Venu achieved substantial growth, tripling business turnover, doubling operational stores, and fostering significant growth in local sourcing.

With over eight years of experience in London, Venu's notable achievements include persuading the M&S plc board to venture into India while working for M&S. Returning to India as the Director of Marks & Spencer, India, he established Buying Offices for the global M&S business in South Asia, responsible for sourcing over $400 million of merchandise for Marks & Spencer plc., UK.

Sunil Sethi, Executive Chairman – Modenik Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd., is a corporate connoisseur with over three decades of multi-category experience in the FMCG & Alcoholic beverages industry.

With expertise in sales, marketing, strategy, and general management across international markets, Sunil has held key roles in blue-chip Indian & multinational organizations, including Wipro Consumer, Cadbury India (now Mondelez), Diageo, Colgate Palmolive, Kelloggs & Fonterra.

With capabilities in Strategy Formulation, Post Merger Integration, Business Transformation, and E-commerce focused strategy his expertise lies in strategic roadmap creation, leading the PMO for effective implementation of strategic charters, integration synergies realization, and P&L delivery for E-commerce.

Ketan holds an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management, Manila, focusing on Strategy, Supply Chain Management, Finance, and an engineering degree in Electronics and Communications. Nikhil Narkhede joined Modenik Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd as Chief Supply Chain Officer in March’2021. He holds a master’s degree in Management Studies from Mumbai and is a mechanical engineer. He is responsible for Procurement, Supply Chain, Warehouse & Logistics, and Quality for Modenik.

Over the last 20 years, Nikhil has held various key positions in Supply Chain, Procurement, and Manufacturing in India and abroad. His most recent role was with Cloudtail India Pvt Ltd, where he was instrumental in setting up an Operational Excellence vertical and creating a reverse logistics work area (RTV, Refurbishment, and Liquidation), enabling efficient inventory and working capital management. He has also had a long stint with Marico (India and Overseas), where he handled various roles ranging from Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.

At Modenik, he has played a pivotal role in improving end-to-end supply chain agility and resilience through network optimization, driving S&OP. He has enhanced organization capability by optimizing supply chain operations & strategic procurement initiatives. He is also driving projects that will enable the organization to modernize its supply chain.

An alumnus of BITS Pilani, Surya started his career with Hikae Electronics & Sagar Computers as IT Infrastructure Support and Application Support. He then joined Cairn Energy India where he played a critical role in implementation of SAP Projects, Ariba & SRM E-Procurement and led end-to-end process and operations support for SAP sustenance. He gained experience in the utility power sector with his stint at Tata Power where he spearheaded Customer Relation Module (CRM) implementation for Channel Partners and Project Execution, and optimizing Operations with AI by Microsoft. He played a key role in implementation of SAP and configured Fuel Supply Chain Management as part of Energy Chain Optimization.

In his last role, Surya was the Head of IT at Tata Power Solar Systems, the largest integrated solar solutions provider in India. During this time, he ensured the company moved from Oracle to SAP, implementing Sales Force CRM Modules, Analytics on Asset Operations and Infrastructure set up.

Suryanarayana has successfully directed building IT Strategies, Business Transformation, managing complex IT solution landscape, and roll out of large scale IT projects to drive business-focused success.
